Cancellation Policy

At Third Coast Aesthetics and Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Credit Card on File: To secure your appointment, a valid credit/debit card must be kept on file. This information will be used solely for the purpose of enforcing our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients and ensures an efficient scheduling process. Failure to provide at least a 24 hours' notice for any cancelation or rescheduling will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of $50 will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment will incur a $50 no show fee, charged to the credit card on file.
Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late to their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show and will incur a $50 no-show fee.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, but these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
